All our items are despatched in robust tamper-proof packaging as soon as possible after cleared payment has been received, excluding Sunday. Usually we ship next business day after receiving payment.

We accept any currency, if you prefer to pay your order via your own currency, please send message to us, we can send PayPal invoice with your currency.
Please Note:

　1.For some remote Cities & Towns, Airmail will take over 30 days. EMS may need 7-10 days to delivery.
　2.Using Air Mail services means that dispatch costs are kept low, but the delivery duration take 10-30 working days. And does not offer a tracking service. If you don’t receive your parcel over 30 working days, we can ask post office to do the investigation for your parcel, but will take 1-2 months to get the feedback from the post office of your country.
　 3.EMS/ DHL/UPS/TNT costs?more but offers a track and online trace service.

　 We offer some discount for each dispatching way compare with the official price which published at each shipping company’s site.
　
　 You are recommended to purchase insurance on your parcel as we are not responsible for damaged or lost items by the post office. We charge GBP 1.5, US$ 3.0, Euro 2.0, AU$ 3.5 per item for insurance. Purchase of insurance is optional.

　 We can not and will not be held responsible for any items lost, delayed on damaged in the post. We leave the item in the care of Air Mail & EMS who have their own compensation scheme which we use if required on those very rare occasions. We ensure all claims are investigated fully.

　 Please make sure your delivery address is 100% accurate, especially your post code and contact phone number on your eBay registration page. We print and use the delivery address you have typed.

　 We inform every customer by email when their order leaves our warehouse and is then in the care of Air Mail or EMS of China Post.
